Bring changes in the world by bringing changes to its future generations!! And the best person who could bring this change is no one other than a woman – a mother. If every woman could give birth to children who are fit and healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, they can create a world so heavenly to live in.

The life of a woman sees different stages from a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother and there happen various changes in her body both physically and mentally concerning various hormonal changes happening in her body during menarche, monthly menstruations, pregnancy, labor, postpartum, breastfeeding, and menopause. Each day for her physiology is different with the functioning of these hormones. Many times she handles the role of a teacher, a cook, a doctor, a counselor, a mentor, and many more in her family. And of course, she deserves a lot.

Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that uses the inherent principles of nature to help maintain the health of an individual keeping a balanced state of body, mind, and soul. Following the principles of Ayurveda we have designed this course – Ayurveda Women and Child Care where we teach our students the various care to be taken by a woman in various stages and ages of her life, in diet, lifestyle, herbs, and other holistic practices. We talk about menstrual care, practices for healthy conception, moth wise pregnancy care, delivery care, postnatal care, how to take care of the newborn baby and children in their initial stages of life, and care during perimenopause and menopause. So this makes complete women care course dealing with her life from the very beginning to the various stages. The main highlight of the course is the special pregnancy massage and the baby massage added to the syllabus.

The course can be taken by anyone in or out of the field of health care, practitioners, midwives, nurses, massage therapists, or by any woman or man who is conscious of feminine health and healing.
